from tactics, an excellent seriesa (which ADV has butchered the manga)
if its a poster then its ripped from the Naruto 2005 calendar, which is too bad,
because that sort of thing is usually illegal. a lot of the wallscrolls and
posters out there arent offical stuff.

she's a doll, she doesn't actually manipulate water, it is just the medium in which she can view things through.
